Elizabeth Tulloch on a potential Melissa Benoist appearance in Superman & Lois: “I really wanted Melissa Benoist to show up at some point for a cameo (...) because we kind of originated on Supergirl, it would have been cool to have Melissa.”
Tulloch also revealed that Melissa Benoist was originally going to have a photo with the actress and Tyler Hoechlin and be at Lois’ desk at the Daily Planet in the series pilot. The photo was removed because at the time there was discussion about Superman & Lois not being part of the Arrowverse.
